Kelly, a global staffing and workforce solutions provider, wanted to improve the customer experience by creating customized portals for each client. However, their existing platform couldn't support this without dedicated development and management staff. To solve this, Kelly used Microsoft Power Platform to create a new portal called Helix UX. Within this portal, they utilized Power Pages to create personalized pages for each customer. This new system has allowed Kelly to handle over 38,500 customer inquiries daily and track service volume effectively.
