Microsoft is investing in agentic AI, which refers to AI systems that can act autonomously without human intervention. Microsoft aims to provide businesses with tools, such as Copilot Studio, to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. However, it's important to note that Copilot Studio is not the only option for creating AI agents. A code-based approach, such as using Microsoft's Semantic Kernel, can also be used to create scalable and performant AI agents.
