Discover Powerful New Territory and Record Search capabilities in Dynamics 365

Businesses can use Maplytics to visualize Dynamics 365 data on a map. Two enhancements from the Dynamics CRM Maps integration 2024 Spring Release are discussed. The first enhancement is the ability to search for specific records on the map using the search bar. Users can search for records by typing the prompt for the primary attribute. The map will zoom to the area where the required record is plotted and highlight its position. The second enhancement is the improved territory creation process within Territory Management. Users can select regions/shapes using the Alignment Tool and right-click to create a new territory. They can also assign territories to records during the creation process. These enhancements make data analysis and territory management easier within Dynamics 365.
