Power Automate does not have a built-in option to delegate approval tasks to other users. However, you can delegate tasks directly in Dataverse, where the tasks are stored. To delegate a task, you need the ID of the approval request in the Approval Request table and the ID of the new assignee from the User table. First, close the current task assigned to the original approver by updating the row and setting the status to "Reassigned" and "Inactive". Then, create a new approval task for the new approver by adding a new row and filling in the necessary fields, including the new assignee's ID. Note that this method does not trigger any notifications, so you will need to send an email or follow up separately.
