Modern, refreshed look and feel for model-driven apps on by default
Starting in April with the 2024 Release Wave 1, the modern, refreshed look for model-driven apps will be on by default. The rollout will be done gradually to address feedback. Makers will have the option to change to always on or turn off the modern look themselves. Updates since the 2023 Release Wave 2 include the addition of a "Select all" checkbox in grids, custom header colors, accent color in lookups, improved time entry, customized checkboxes on forms, and recommended icons on form fields. Makers and admins can enable the modern look as "always on" or turn it off via app settings. Feedback can be provided through a survey or by reaching out to Microsoft.
