Applying Modern themes to the Modern Refreshed look (app header)– Model-driven App / Dynamics 365
The article discusses how to apply modern themes to the modern refreshed look of a model-driven app in Dynamics 365. The classic themes do not apply to the new modern look, but the new modern themes can be used to modify the app header. To do this, an XML Web Resource needs to be created with specific tags for the AppHeaderColors. The colors can be specified according to preference. The web resource is then added to the solution and the Override app header colors setting is defined. The schema name of the web resource is specified for the environment value. After saving and publishing the customizations, the app header will be modified with the new colors.
