How to – Connect Dynamics 365 records and views to Microsoft Team channels – Dynamics 365


To link existing Dynamics 365 records and views to a Microsoft Teams channel, follow these steps: 1. In Dynamics 365, go to Settings >> Team Integration Settings and select the environment. 2. Turn on the option to link Dynamics 365 records to Teams channels and save. 3. In Microsoft Teams, go to a team channel and select the Add (+) option. 4. Choose Dynamics 365 and specify the environment and corresponding Dynamics 365 apps. 5. Check "Remember this preference" and click Select. 6. Search and filter for a record or view to link to. 7. Select the desired record or view and click Save. 8. The selected record or view will be pinned in the channel, and you can start a conversation about it.
