According to a Forrester Consulting study commissioned by Microsoft, organizations that use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service can improve their financial performance by increasing customer retention and expansion and increasing productivity. The study found that Dynamics 365 Field Service delivered benefits of $42.65 million over three years to a composite organization, with a return on investment (ROI) of 346% and a payback period of less than six months. The study revealed seven quantifiable impact areas, including increased first-time fix rate, increased technician productivity, decreased time to invoice customers, avoided travel time, improved dispatcher productivity, enhanced management productivity, and retired legacy solutions. The study also highlighted other benefits such as improved customer experience and enhanced employee experience.
