Announcing unlimited application installs in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Starting from June 30, 2024, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will have unlimited application installs for Customer Insights - Journeys (real-time journeys only) and Customer Insights - Data. Previously, there were restrictions on the number of installations per license. After the change, admins with a paid Dynamics 365 Customer Insights license will no longer see application installation counters and limits. The installation management page can be accessed through the Power Platform Admin Center. In addition, the user experience has been simplified with the removal of the "i" icon and the addition of links for tenants without licenses. These improvements aim to enhance the installation experience for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
