Dynamics 365 2024 release wave 1 from Microsoft
Microsoft has released the Dynamics 365 2024 Release Wave 1 Plan, which includes a number of updates. The production deployment for these updates will begin on April 1, 2024, and continue through September 2024. Some highlights of this release wave include improvements to Dynamics 365 Sales, such as enhanced customer information, smart suggestions, and customization options. Microsoft Copilot for Sales is also getting better, with new AI features and integration with Outlook and Teams mobile apps. Dynamics 365 Customer Service is introducing features like Copilot's response checks and troubleshooting tools, improved voice chat, and faster customer-agent connections.
