Introducing File Versioning and Modified Date Tracking in Dynamics 365 CRM!
Inogic has enhanced its Attach2Dynamics app to improve file management for CRM users. The app integrates Dynamics 365 CRM with cloud storage options like SharePoint, Azure Blob, and Dropbox, providing features such as file management interface, real-time migration of CRM attachments to cloud storage, email migration, and custom security templates. The new enhancement includes file versioning, allowing users to easily track and retrieve different versions of documents. Users can now store updated files without needing to rename them, and each version is saved with an assigned version number. The app also allows users to choose whether to display the original upload date or the latest file modification date.
