Dynamics 365 Contact Center offers key benefits such as effortless self-service, accelerated human-assisted service, and operational efficiency. It includes features like pre-integrated copilots for digital channels, intelligent unified routing, and generative AI-based real-time reporting. Dynamics 365 Contact Center is available for $110 per user/month, and a new offer called Dynamics 365 Customer Service Premium, combining Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise with Dynamics 365 Contact Center, is available for $195 per user/month.
