Focused Views for all entities


Microsoft has introduced focused views, a feature that allows users to view and manage records and their associated activities on a single page without navigating back and forth between screens. This feature was originally part of the Dynamics 365 Sales app but can now be enabled for all entities within a specific environment. To enable focused views, users need to navigate to the Power Platform Admin Center, go to Settings and Features, and toggle on "Enable focused view for all records." Once enabled, users can access focused views for any record by clicking on the "Show As" button on the command bar. The screen will be divided into two sections: the view on the left and the form on the right. Users can easily navigate between records in the view.
