Boost Productivity with Smart Copy-Paste in Dynamics 365 CRM (Preview)
The Smart Copy-Paste feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM allows users to quickly and accurately transfer text from external sources into D365 forms. This feature leverages Co-pilot, an AI-powered assistant, to suggest where the pasted data should go in the form. To enable this feature, go to the Power Platform Admin Center or Dynamics 365 CRM Admin Center, navigate to the Product section, and turn on the "Enable Smart Paste (Preview)" option. Users can then easily paste text into the form using the Ribbon bar button or standard copy-paste shortcuts. Co-pilot will generate suggestions for the fields, and users can accept or clear the suggestions as needed. This feature improves data entry efficiency and accuracy in D365 CRM.
