Microsoft Dynamics has announced two new Copilot Agents that aim to help sales teams close deals faster and improve business processes through AI. The Sales Agent tool can turn contacts into qualified leads, allowing sales reps to focus on closing bigger deals. The Sales Chat tool helps reps stay up to date on new accounts and prepare for customer meetings by surfacing important information from CRM data, emails, and proposals. These tools will be available in May and can be accessed through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. The Agents connect directly to Dynamics 365, eliminating the need to open CRM.
