Microsoft has introduced a new global feature called Electronic Documents in the Business Central 2023 release wave 2. This feature provides a foundational framework for catering to localized requirements, allowing Microsoft to deliver tailored localization apps for some countries. Partners can also leverage this model to craft their custom localizations. Electronic Invoicing stands as a key component of Continuous Transaction Control (CTC), a model increasingly embraced by numerous countries. The E-Documents framework encompasses all the corner models and facilitates additional messaging capabilities between access points, providing a comprehensive E-documents framework. The framework is designed to improve productivity in developing electronic invoicing applications.
