Send Emails Using Different Lead Recipient Fields In Journeys


Learn how to send emails to different lead recipient fields in Dynamics 365 Marketing journeys. By default, emails are sent to the emailaddress1 field, but you can choose which email field to send to based on the journey you are building. To do this, navigate to the Settings area in the D365 Marketing App, then go to Customer engagement, and then Audience configuration. Select the Lead record for Email and choose the email fields to use. When creating a journey and adding an email, you can now choose the recipient field to use. Review the analytics to see if someone didn't have an email address in the selected field.
