Microsoft has added a chat option to the Power Platform Admin Portal support ticket system. While it's a nice surprise to be able to chat with a support engineer right away, there are some disadvantages. For example, it's not possible to add screenshots to the chat, so explaining the problem can take longer. Additionally, Microsoft's agents are equipped with quick replies, so users may have to keep saying "no, not yet" to keep the chat going. Ultimately, the chat option is a huge improvement, as users can get help much faster than before.
