Developer environments – new capabilities to create for users

Users can now create up to three developer environments for their own usage, even with premium capabilities and connectors. The ability to create developer environments is controlled at the tenant level and requires a global tenant admin to modify the setting. Previously, users were not able to create environments on behalf of others, but now they can do so using PowerShell commands in the Power Platform CLI. This allows organizations to automate the process of setting up developer environments for users. However, there is still room for improvement, such as integrating these capabilities directly within Power Platform using the Power Platform for Admins connector.
