Allocate Storage Capacity for Dataverse environments | Power Platform Admin Center

Microsoft is providing a way to allocate storage capacity among Dataverse environments. Users with the correct rights in the Power Platform Admin Center can manage capacity by going to the Resources section. From there, they can select an environment and allocate capacity for database, file, and log types. Users can set thresholds for each type within the available space and save the allocation. This allows users to keep track of environment consumption and take corrective actions. It is recommended to allocate less storage space to less used sandbox environments.
