Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify connection: access key rotation.


Microsoft will be rotating the secret for the Dynamics 365 Business Central Shopify app as part of periodic security updates. This means that existing connections with access keys associated with the old secret will stop working. The rotation will take place on April 11th at around 10:00 CET. To check if your connection is affected, you can use the Test Connection action on the Shopify Shop Card. If your connection is affected, you will see an error message stating "Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)". In this case, you will need to use the Request Access action on the Shopify Shop Card to request a new access token. Make sure to check your Shopify connections and take action accordingly.
