Recently, an error occurred when trying to create or update a contact or account record in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The error message indicated that the user with a specific SystemUserId was disabled and could not access the system. To resolve this issue, the owner of all the real-time workflows owned by the disabled user needed to be updated. This was done using Advanced Find. After updating the owner of the workflows, the record could be saved successfully.
