Fixed – The system could not log you on. This could be because your user record has been disabled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 error when trying to create or save a record

Recently, an error occurred when trying to create or update a contact or account record in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The error message indicated that the user with a specific SystemUserId was disabled and could not access the system. To resolve this issue, the owner of all the real-time workflows owned by the disabled user needed to be updated. This was done using Advanced Find. After updating the owner of the workflows, the record could be saved successfully. It is also recommended to check and update other components owned by the disabled user, such as plugin steps and cloud flows. For more details, refer to the provided link.
