Announcing End of Support for Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation (PSA)
On March 19th, 2024, Microsoft announced the end of support for Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation on commercial cloud. Starting from March 31st, 2025, Microsoft will no longer support PSA on commercial cloud environments, and there will be no feature enhancements, updates, bug fixes, or other updates to this offering. Customers are encouraged to start planning their upgrade process to Dynamics 365 Project Operations as soon as possible to take advantage of new features such as integration with Project for the Web, project budgeting and time-phased forecasting, and AI and Copilot based experiences.
