New Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Copilot innovations for supply chain, sales, and service join the 2024 release wave 1
Microsoft Dynamics 365 has announced new experiences and capabilities to help professionals in sales, service, and supply chain management. These innovations include new AI demand planning capabilities in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Premium, AI-powered insights and recommendations for operational processes, and updates to Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Service. The new capabilities aim to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance customer experiences. These features are part of the 2024 release wave 1, with hundreds of other features launching between April and September.
