April 2024 Dynamics 365 Release enhances AI collaboration with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is introducing AI-driven enhancements to boost productivity and collaboration. The integration of Copilot for Sales with Copilot in Teams offers benefits such as enhanced meeting collaboration. The Copilot for Sales app in Teams allows sellers to stay connected to customers, minimize data entry, personalize engagements, collaborate on deals, run effective sales meetings, gain insights from call summaries, and take timely actions with automatically generated follow-ups. Other enhancements include improved meeting experiences, personalized suggestions for meeting agendas and follow-up actions, AI-powered transcription and translation functionalities, automatic camera switching, speaker recognition capabilities, and voice isolation for noisy environments. Microsoft is hosting an event on April 10, 2024, to explore the latest AI features and capabilities in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
