Change App and Flow Owners
Admins can use a reusable solution to change Canvas App and solution-aware Flow Owners programmatically. This solution is handy for Power Platform CoEs and Admins. Changing the main Owner of an App or Flow can be useful in various situations, such as avoiding confusion for Makers and End Users, controlling the license consumption of a Cloud Flow, and maintaining up-to-date information for governance purposes. There are different methods available to change App and Flow Owners, including PowerShell, Power Apps for Admins connector, and the CoE Starter Kit. The Ownership Updater is a simple solution comprising three child flows that allow for easy and flexible management of App and Flow Ownership. It can be used in scenarios like role changes, moving ownership to service accounts, and updating Flow Owners.
