Microsoft has announced Teams Phone extensibility for Dynamics 365 Contact Center. Starting next month, Dynamics 365 Contact Center customers will be able to use Teams Phone, along with other telephony options supported by Teams, and configure them as a single, integrated solution in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This will simplify telephony management, provide advanced AI features, enhance calling capabilities, and expand geographic availability. Teams Phone extensibility for Dynamics 365 Contact Center will be available in public preview in April 2025, with general availability planned for summer 2025.
