The release notes for Dynamics 365 Wave 1 2024 have been published. In a chat with Amey Holden, they discuss the proposed changes and new features in the Customer Insights - Journeys section. The features include branded links for email and content, capturing responses from third-party forms, collecting data with unmapped form fields, building and testing journeys before deployment, managing customer consent, referencing copies of sent emails, tracking and using website interactions, ensuring messages go to the right contact email address, auto-management of segments, double opt-in for Realtime, improving reliability of insights with advanced bot protection, testing real-time events faster with a developer portal, A/B testing within emails, preventing duplicate emails to contacts, journey split tiles, sending up to 10x interactions, adding send scheduling within journeys, improved journey flow analysis, and qualification rules for leads.
