Manually Add Licensed Users in Dataverse Environment in Power Platform Admin Center


To manually add licensed users to a Dataverse environment in the Power Platform Admin Center, follow these steps: 1. Check that the user has the appropriate license in the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal. 2. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center and navigate to the environment. 3. In the Users section, click on the + Add User button. 4. Search for the user by their email address and select them from the results. 5. Assign a security role to the user and click Save. 6. Refresh the page to see the user added to the environment. 7. The user will also appear in the classic UI if you click on Manage users in Dynamics 365. This process allows you to manually add users to a Dataverse environment when they don't appear automatically after being licensed.
