You can bypass custom plugin logic, but you need permissions to do so

You can bypass custom plugin execution logic in your code by adding specific code. However, the user account running this code needs an additional permission. This permission is not exposed in the admin portal, so you can't set it in the user interface. To give the permission, you can open your model-driven application in the browser and run a code snippet in the browser's dev tools. Replace "<role id>" with the ID of the role you want to give this privilege to. The code snippet is provided in the article.
