In this live demonstration, learn how to build an autonomous agent in Copilot Studio for an IT Helpdesk scenario. The agent can retrieve information from SharePoint, perform tasks using Connector Actions, and respond to incoming emails autonomously. The agent can access policy documents and helpdesk systems to retrieve and generate answers. It can trigger actions based on incoming emails and provide automated responses using Generative Actions and Answers. The demonstration covers building the agent from scratch, adding knowledge for retrieval, creating task agents, enabling generative actions, and testing the autonomous capabilities.
