How to build reusable Power Automate flows

Building reusable Power Automate flows can save time and effort. By creating flows that are easily configurable and not hard-coded, you can reuse them for different processes and data sources. The flow should have a trigger and a variable with configuration at the beginning, and all other actions should reference the trigger or the variable. To make the flow even more reusable, you can use a configuration list that contains less technical settings. Connections can be a bit problematic, but using personal connections in all actions can solve this issue. To reuse the flow, you can copy/paste it or use the "Save As" functionality, which creates a copy of the flow while replacing the connections with the copying user's connections.
