Move files to folders based on file name with Power Automate

Organizing files into folders based on part of the file name can be easily automated using Power Automate flow. Start by getting the files from the library and filter out any folders. Extract the folder name from the file name by splitting the file name and selecting the desired part. Use the extracted folder name to move the file to the corresponding folder. If the destination folder doesn't exist, create it before moving the file. This simple flow can save a lot of time and improve file organization.
