Announcing Microsoft Copilot for Service 


Microsoft is introducing Microsoft Copilot for Service, a generative AI-powered tool that provides relevant guidance to customer service agents. Copilot for Service synthesizes data from an organization's knowledge sources to assist agents in their workflow, improving productivity and customer satisfaction. The tool can be integrated with existing contact center and CRM solutions, such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, without the need for costly development or replacement. Copilot for Service will be available in public preview in December 2023 and is targeted for general availability in Q1 2024, with pricing at $50 USD per user/month.
