Announcing End of Life for Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation
Microsoft has announced the end of support for Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation (PSA) 3.x. As of March 31, 2025, Microsoft will no longer be supporting the PSA application, and there will be no further feature enhancements, updates, bug fixes, or other updates. Microsoft encourages all customers of the PSA application to start planning their upgrade process to Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Project Operations offers new features such as integration with Project for the Web, project budgeting and time-phased forecasting, date effective price overrides, and more. Upgrade documentation and FAQ links are provided for customers looking to transition from PSA to Project Operations.
