Inogic has introduced two new features in its Alerts4Dynamics app to address these issues: Email Digest Workflow and Post Notification. The Email Digest Workflow allows users to receive notifications as email digests on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, helping streamline compliance and prevent missed updates. The Post Notification feature enables custom messages to be delivered as notifications to tagged users, promoting immediate engagement and enhancing team collaboration. These features, along with other capabilities like multiple types of alerts and rich text formatting, aim to improve the CRM notification experience.
