Email click and negative paths in real-time journey

The article discusses the challenge of reacting to a specific click in an email in a real-time journey in Customer Insights. The problem arises when using if/then branching, as the journey can only react to the first click in an email. The author suggests using the series tile as a workaround. By setting a waiting timer and defining the time for the customer to click the desired link, the series tile allows for a specific email link click to be tracked. If the contact clicks the desired link, they leave the series tile and follow the desired path. If they don't click the link within the specified time, they are redirected to a different path. The author acknowledges that this is not a perfect solution and encourages readers to share their ideas and vote on a suggestion submitted to Microsoft.
