This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to build a Power Automate flow with an Action & Plugin to capture these interactions effectively. The flow involves creating a solution in Power Apps, configuring a trigger, parsing the interaction context, getting user details from the transcript record, decoding and converting the transcript data to JSON, parsing the JSON to extract user messages, and storing and displaying the user questions. This setup automates data collection for further processing or integration with other systems.
