Release wave time for the Power Platform again!
The first release wave of features for the upcoming year is now available. Some highlights include improvements to the UI, maker productivity, application lifecycle management, and Power Pages. Fluent UI components will be coming to Canvas Apps, making it easier to create modern-looking apps. There will also be improvements to layout containers and the addition of drag and drop functionality. Power Fx formulas will be able to be reused by creating functions, improving readability and reducing complexity. Adding columns to forms and views in Model-Driven apps will be easier, and there will be improvements to application lifecycle management with the addition of Power Pipelines. Power Pages will also see new features such as the ability to use Cloud Flows and a public preview of Bootstrap 5.
