New Attachment features for Email – Dataverse / Dynamics 365
The 2024 Release Wave 1 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 includes new features for attachments in email activities. Users can now drag and drop attachments, select and copy attachments, and paste them into another email. They can also bulk download and delete attachments, switch between tile and grid view, and export attachments to Excel. The exported Excel file will include details about the attachments.
