Inspection builder preview: digital transformation made easy with AI
Microsoft has introduced a preview for the inspection builder feature in Dynamics 365 Field Service. This feature allows organizations to transition from paper-based inspection processes to a digital experience. The inspection builder uses the power of Copilot to streamline inspection template creation, making it easier to digitize inspection workflows. Users can upload existing inspection forms and let Copilot generate a first draft of the template in the inspection designer. The inspection builder is context-aware and uses appropriate question types for the content. Administrators can enable this feature in Field Service Settings and access it through the Inspection Templates section in the Field Service app.
