Sales Order Agent in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Now in public preview
The Sales Order Agent for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is now available for customers in paid public preview. This prebuilt agent automates the process of addressing, clarifying, and fulfilling customer requests received via email. The agent processes the email, creates a sales quote, and engages with the end user for approval before sending it to the customer. The Sales Order Agent is designed to save time, minimize repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency. Users have control over the agent's operations and can review and adjust the tasks performed. This is the first step in the journey towards end-to-end business process automation in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
