Brand profiles in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights allow users to create consistently branded content by setting up multiple profiles with default senders for emails and social media links. The latest feature allows users to define styles for emails in brand profiles, including color palettes, backgrounds, text styles, buttons and links, and custom fonts. The brand profiles can be linked in emails to draw the sender, social media icons, and styles from the profile. To ensure the styles are transferred correctly, the HTML of the email must be formatted correctly with appropriate tags for headings and text. Overall, brand profiles are a valuable addition to Customer Insights, simplifying the design process and enhancing brand consistency.
