Enhanced characteristics Setting with Dynamics 365 Field Service
The latest version of Field Service (8.8.101.95) introduced the ability to define characteristics for resources, which are used to record the skills and certifications of a resource. This feature can be enabled or disabled from the Field Service Setting area, and allows users to append more information to Bookable Resource Characteristic records. If Enhanced Characteristics are enabled, the "Support Information" section will be displayed, allowing users to provide an ID, issue date, expiration date, and description of a characteristic related to a specific resource. This feature is useful for adding more details related to a resource's skills and certification.
