Dynamics 365 Business Central: how can I disable Copilot for everyone?
Dynamics 365 Business Central now has embedded generative AI features powered by Azure OpenAI. Users can turn on or off these features through the Feature Management page. Copilot has individual capabilities that can be turned on or off for all users through the Copilot & AI Capabilities page. It's important to note that the Azure OpenAI Service used by Copilot may be located in a different geography than the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. If the Azure OpenAI Service is not available in the environment's location, data from Copilot and generative AI features may be transmitted outside of the geographical region. To disable Copilot completely for the entire organization, administrators can go to the Privacy Notices Status page and select "Disagree for Everyone" for the Azure OpenAI record.
