Power Pages custom domain and RRset conflict error

When adding a custom domain to a Power Pages website, there are a few things to consider. If the Power Pages site is the only website on the domain, you cannot host it as the "naked" domain (e.g., example.com). Instead, you need to use a subdomain like www.example.com. If the Power Pages site needs to integrate with other resources on the domain, you can allocate another subdomain to it, such as portal.example.com. In both cases, you will need to add a CNAME record to your DNS zone. This process is well-documented, but it's important to note that you cannot have a CNAME record on the root level if other records exist. By following these steps, you can successfully add a custom domain to your Power Pages website.
