Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Copilot for Service are now generally available
Microsoft has announced the general availability of Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Microsoft Copilot for Service. These AI-powered tools integrate with Microsoft 365 applications, as well as CRM and contact center systems like Salesforce and ServiceNow, to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks. Copilot for Sales provides sales professionals with insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and close more deals, while Copilot for Service helps customer service agents access knowledge and automate tasks to improve efficiency. Both tools leverage generative AI to deliver role-specific capabilities and can be seamlessly integrated into existing workflows.
