Disable recent records (Disable most recently used items) for the Lookup field used in the Business Process Flow (Dataverse / Dynamics 365)
To disable the recent records options for a lookup field used in a Business Process Flow in Dataverse/Dynamics 365, follow these steps: 1. Open the corresponding table of the Business Process Flow. 2. Open the form and select the Customer (lookup) field from the Tree View. 3. Check the "Disable most recently used items" option for the field. 4. Save and publish the change. After following these steps, the recent records options will no longer appear for the Customer lookup field in the Business Process Flow.
