Using Small Multiples in Power BI

Small multiples, also known as trellis charts or lattice charts, are a series of similar graphs or charts that use the same scale and axes, allowing for easy comparison across different categories, time periods, or similar data points. In Power BI, small multiples can be used to enhance data storytelling by displaying multiple instances of the same chart. To create small multiples in Power BI, you need to prepare your data, select a visual that supports small multiples, add small multiples in the Visualizations pane, and customize your visual. The benefits of using small multiples include enhanced comparisons and the ability to identify trends, patterns, and distributions across multiple metrics.
