Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, the world's first AI Copilot for CRM and ERP applications, has been used by over 63,000 organizations since its launch six months ago. Copilot has been designed to help people do their best work, and Microsoft has shared the most widely used scenarios and performance metrics from employees at Microsoft and leading organizations using Copilot capabilities across the customer journey. The AI tool has helped newer agents get up to speed and find relevant information more quickly, and has expedited agent onboarding. Copilot summarization, which generates automatic conversation summaries, is now generally available. Other upcoming Copilot capabilities for service teams include call center and field service professionals.
